The foundation of the Uniontown Church of the Brethren is based on continuing the work of Jesus, peacefully, simply, and together. We felt that a way that we could do this was to offer a scholarship to a student committed to peace and social justice. We are very happy to award this year's scholarship to NOAH TRIMMER. Noah is a 2020 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and plans to attend West Virginia University in the Fall. He will dual major in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering. His extracurricular activities include mission trips to Mexico with his Church group, volunteering with the Park Service, volunteer soccer coach, STEM speaker, National Honor Society, Uniontown varsity soccer team captain, founder and captain of the Uniontown robotics team, and McMillen Engineering Explorers Post. This year's awards ceremony was virtual and can be viewed on youtube.(uhstomahawktalk). Congratulations, Noah!!
