Our Witness commission is responsible for directing the congregation's witness to the world through evangelism, church extension, worldwide Christian unity involvement; supporting missions at home and abroad, social actions; ministries to the needy, and daily vocations.

 

This Commission guides and aids the congregation in bringing the gospel of Christ to all persons and in demonstrating God's kingdom of love, justice, peace, security, and freedom among all persons.  It assists the Church to serve as one of God's instruments in dealing with the social problems and needs of the local community, the nation, and the world.  It provides channels for the congregation to extend its aid to those outside of its fellowship and of the world.
